Hi, welcome to my blog, all about Health and Fitness and Personal Training. I have decided to write this blog after spending too long on the internet looking for answers and recommendations for my own questions about fitness, and not finding clear enough results.

I don’t think everyone wants to sign up to a course of protein shakes, or spend hours in front of a video with other people doing exercise. I do think a lot of us are keen to get out and keep fit, but we might need a little encouragement.

So my Personal Training Blog is aimed at just that – showcasing different examples of personal training and ideas for health and fitness, and hopefully encouraging you to take action and drive yourself forward.
